Lego mini figure version of me complete with my walking stick, and the phrase Nature is my Medicine is true as getting out in the fresh air does help you feel bit better, Though the prescribed drugs help as well 😜
This was taken last year a a really nice day out to Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal Water Gardens, in North Yorkshire which is owned by the national trust. I lovely place to walk around and relax, will be writing about our visit in the next few weeks.
