Here is a cheap way to make a beautiful addition to your dining room table, the cheapest way to do this is go to any supermarket later in the evening as of all them around 7pm  reduce their bunches of flowers, in the example on this page four bunches were brought normal price totaling £14 but they were reduced to a total of £1.40 the is a saving of 90%.

You will need the flowing:
Vase (glass type)
Stones or coloured beads
Scissors
Flowers (any type)

First cut flowers down to size for your vase, this can be any height and do the larger flowers with large stems and the smaller one that will surround with slightly lower stems. The is no right or wrong way to do your arrangement, so just let your creative side out. Though sometimes best not to our do it with too many different type and colours of flowers. Make your arrangement and keep putting into vase to see how it looks. Once you are happy with your arrangement use one or two elastic bands to hold the arrangement together.

Then put the arrangement in place in your vase and then put into the vase pebbles, beads etc around the stems of the flowers, this will then hold the flowers in place. Choose your colour of pebbles to compliment your display and maybe colours that would match your other table pieces.

The last thing to do is put some water into the vase and with some flower food these normal come with bunches of flowers you have brought this will help them last. You could also add some of the small battery power led lights around the arrangement, though remember not to get these into the water.

And there you have it a simple but effective table decoration, for little money and about 10 – 20 minutes of your time depending on the complexity of your design. The one on this article was done by the missus as she needed to help her daughter do one for a table decorations for a cooking competition.
